Counselor at a christian camp?

I'm a girl who will be 15 this coming summer and I was hoping that this summer or next I could be a counselor at a Christian over night camp. I really want to do this b/c I want to help other girls and make a difference in their lives. I want to be a christian counselor to teens and children when I get out of college so I want to have this experience. I live in Mississippi and am an active member in my youth group. I'm strong in my faith and have a personal relationship with Christ and a daily quiet time. I actually plan on doing some mission work with my sister who is a missionary when i turn 16. What do you think of this and any suggestions as to what camp?
Max B (primordial ooze pie)- seriously? Grow up.....

Max B's link was so distasteful, the one about concentration camps, which he might have deleted by now.

As for actual advice, if you went to a Christian camp as a kid, you might want to see if they have any CIT programs. (Counselor in Training). Also ask the leader of your youth group.

Why not apply at the camp you went to when you were younger?

Or ask your church or your Pastor for ideas. People who already know that you love the Lord.

I suspect however that most camps would want even their youngest counselors to be at least 18.
