couldnt pay sales tax on my bike. now Im gettin skeez'd out of 300 $s.?

Is there a way I can get out of this?
I wasnt driving it around or anything.. I just couldnt pay sales tax.

What did you do, try to register the bike without paying sales tax? If you don't register it, they have no way to know you bought it. Of course then you can't ride it.
