Could zero gauge earrings affect my job hiring?

I'm 18, pretty average kid, just brown short hair, no tattoos or anything. My father worked for borgata casino and knows the slot attendant manager and human resource guy. He said he could help me get a job there, the only thing I'm worried about is I have zero gauge earrings, not too big but noticeable. could they possibly affect my hiring at the casino? I'm hoping to get hired full time. What should I do about them if so? Thank you
