Could you use Prismacolor markers with Copic?

I have a few Copic markers, but I want a few more for coloring skin. The only Copic markers I can use for skin are Eggshell, Sand, and Flesh. -.- Not the greatest choices, as I found out later...
I'm wondering... can you use Prismacolor and Copics together? Do they blend easily, especially for skin tones? 0__o
