could you renew your tmobile contract when ever you want to?

i have a tmobile phone but it is already all jacked up and i want a cooler but without renew the contract it comes out to be very expensive. but i have six months with it and i want to know if i could renew it and get a better phone
 
If you upgrade your phone before your current contract runs out, you will have to pay full price for the new phone.

You might be able to find the phone you want cheaper on eBay. If it's an unlocked phone, you should just be able to put in your SIM card and you would be good to go.
