Could you please help me with these basic Astronomy questions?

1. Assuming the solar day is 24 hours, how long does it take for the disk of the sun to move its own width (1/2 degree) across the sky on about March 21, as seen from earth's equator?

2. If you are 6 feet tall and standing at 45 degrees latitude, what is the length of your shadow on March 21 at midday? (Assume flat, level ground.)

3. If a star is seen to rise at 9 pm on July. 10, on what date will it rise at 8 pm?

Any assistance with these would be greatly appreciated!!
