I have a HP Pavillion dv9700 notebook which has been working great for almost a year. Up until 2 days ago, I was able to watch videos, including those on youtube or in emails. As of yesterday, when I try to play one, it says I need to download Adobe Flash Player 9, which is what I thought I had. So I click on the link and go to the adobe page to download it. At that point my computer freezes up. I have also gone to adobe support but can't chat with support. At some point on the Adobe website, it froze up again. It doesn't freeze up when I just read email or do research. I ran spybot but nothing came up. Any ideas? I'm not super techy as you can probably tell...
