thing? There's a guy named Ben who is friends with my best friend's boyfriend. We have a class together at school, and we talk from time to time, but I wouldn't really consider us to be real friends. Over the past few weeks, one of our 4th period classes had been going together, and we would kinda hang out and talk in there.
At prom he was talking to my friend and said something to her about how he wished I was there, and that I was pretty. Then for the next few days my friend was telling me things that Ben had told her boyfriend about how he liked me and such. She would ask me if I was interested, and I would just be like, "I don't wanna talk about itttt," with a really huge smile on my face. My friend knows me, so she knows I was interested, I just don't like sharing my feelings too openly.
The past few days my friend hasn't really said anything about it. Mine and Ben's 4th periods don't go together anymore, so we don't get to hang out in there. In the one class that we do have together, he might say something to me every once in a while, but that's it. Sometimes I look up to see if he is looking at me, and sometimes he is. I never looked to see before though, so I don't know if he has always been doing this. He signed on Yahoo once this week and talked to me.
He is kinda shy, so I don't really know if that has anything to do with it, or if he got the idea I am not interested. I would really like to become friends with him though, if nothing else. I try to mention him in general conversation with my friend to hint around that I want to expand our realationship.
Everyday I tell myself that I'm going to talk to him in the class that we have together, but everyday I either chicken out or can't think of anything to say.
