Could you give me Information about Greyhound from Detroit to Cadillac, MI?

You can purchase your ticket in advance for a reduced fare. Check out their website for details. But you can also just walk in and buy it at the terminal just before leaving. If the bus is full, they'll put another one on the road (if there are enough people waiting, of course). There are no assigned seating in Greyhound buses; so those early in line get to choose their seats first.

Have a nice trip!

You'll probably want to catch the express bus to Grand Rapids, where you will transfer to Indian Trails to head north up 131. There will be about a 15-minute meal break at the McDonald's in Reed City, just off the freeway. You should get into Cadillac at or after 7:00 pm. At least, that's how the schedule was the last time I rode that route. If you don't get the express bus to GR, you may need to go to Kalamazoo. You'll still be switching to IT there. And you should be able to get tickets on the spot. But the northbound bus only runs once a day.
