Hi:) I am doing my coursework. Could you check my grammatical mistakes and structure of sentences? I really need to finish it off ASAP. Thank you for your help.

"Disciplinary procedures

Each employer is required by law to give an employee a copy of disciplinary procedure that obligatory in workplace. Most of businesses have disciplinary procedures so they can tackle employees who do not behave appropriately.

Statutory minimum procedure
Statutory minimum procedure describes the minimum number of steps that must be taken before a particular employee can be dismissal. Employers can be taken to an industrial tribunal if they don’t follow carefully their disciplinary procedure.

In the table below I described the minimum three steps that need to be taken. It is defined as a minimum, however some employees may have more that the three steps but they can have less then tree steps in their disciplinary procedure.

Warnings
During the working hours an employer can use a number of different warnings that can be given to employee. When a particular employee doesn’t behave appropriately or doesn’t perform best to own abilities, a manager o supervisor may decide to start disciplinary procedures. It includes:

Verbal warnings- This kind of warnings are given to employees orally

Written Warnings- This is when an individual employee is told about her or his behavior in writing. It is usually used for more serious offences.

Final written warnings- After previous warnings that I described above final written warnings can be issued if there are not any changes in behavior of an individual employee.

Supervisors and managers within Chester Zoo may use disciplinary procedures to control their employee and make sure that they work best to their abilities. Informing warning can be given to an individual employee, if the person doesn’t carry out duties or behavior well. If the employee’s behavior will not change and improve they can go to the next step and written warning can be given. After three warnings have been issued an individual employee can be dismissed if the behavior doesn’t improve. Chester zoo’s employees can be dismissed form their jobs if they break their contract of employment, e.g. poor performance, bad time-keeping, frequent absences for work etc.

Gross misconduct
It can be define as an action for which employees can be dismissed without notice. Gross misconduct describes very serious things that can be done by employees. It can include:

• Violence
• Theft and fraud committed by employees
• Endangers of other workers
• Coming to work drunk
• Discrimination of other employees
• Serious breaches of Health and Safety regulations

Chester Zoo may decided to ask the employee to leave the Zoo staring away if the person has done one of the things described above. Chester Zoo have a wide range of very dangerous animals and for example, if one of non trained and non qualified worker will decide to brake of Health and Safety regulations and come to the cage with dangerous animal they may decide to sack the person because Health and Safety regulations have been broken and the person is unreliable because actions these kind of actions could cause serious consequences."
