Could Yahoo control spam by use of spell check?

I get a lot of spam with spelling mistakes like this

Vigara Soft Tabs - licsened to wake up your powers

Could this be used as the basis for filtering spam?
 
I think that is a great idea, i get so much spam it drives me crazy.
The problem is, many people make spelling mistakes themselves.
