The cash for clunkers program was designed to increase car sales but it did little to increase the sales for Gm and Chrysler. Where car sales did increase for Ford and Toyota yet it still didn't increase sales for GM and Chrysler in which sales still decreased even with the cash for clunkers program. Could this be the end of two of the big three auto makers.
