Could two 10,000k 65watt actinic and two 10,000k watt florescent light bulbs keep a 80..

...gallon reef tank health? I wanted to know if these bulbs would keep a 80 gallon reef system healthy with plenty of corals, if not what lights should I add, remove, any useful info will be so appreciated.
