Could too much of masturbation cause testis shrinkage,color of penis skin blackened

and weird/putrid smell? i am now 22. i discovered masturbation at the age of 15-16 and kept on masturbating since then. I increased the frequency of masturbation at 17 of age to 7 days a week.One year i even masturbated twice a day every week. now i am back to 7 days a week frequency. Before, my testis were at a good size, the colour of penis and scrotum( outer skin of my testis) were fair/pink. Over the years i have noticed the change of *******/testis as i kept on masturbating. Now at the age of 22, i can see that my testis has shrinked, excess layer of scrotum which hangs on to my groin and pretty loose around by testis, the colour of my scrotum and dick has literally blackened. and at last but not the least, my penis/testis usually has this strong putrid smell ,esp after masturbation even though i wash my penis and my balls with soap and water. I dont know why it is happening? please advice
