Digging a hole through the center of say, for practicallity's sake the moon, and line it with magnits, have a wire coil be dropped, gravity would pull this object through the center and back out forever, but each pass would generate electricity, and there are infinite passes, would this not make energy?

No, there will not be infinite passes. For one, the wire would be attracted to the magnets and not fall through. Also, every time the wire would exit (if it was not magnetic), the extent to which it would drop decreases a little each time. This will make it drop less far, and eventually it will come to rest at the centre of the body.
