i was looking at using one of these circuits here to build a DC-DC converter

obviously the component values still would have to be worked out, but if i drove the mosfet using a 555 timer to obtain the frequency i need, how much wattage do you think this circuit could provide? yes i know that in order to determine the wattage you need voltage and current, but would this circuit, despite being so simple, be able to provide 100-200 watts if built correctly?
