My best friend & I are very close. I used to have an incredibly large crush on him yet he never knew. He was the first guy I ever TRULY loved. I pushed those feelings away until I lost them, but sometimes I still think about them from time to time & wonder maybe what "could have been". I still love him..but as my friend.
He always tells me that he thinks about me often. Once he met up with me some place because he knew I'd be there & I was surprised & he just said "I was thinking about you, so I came here." Every time we talk, he acts as though it has been years since the last time we talked. He has told me he loved me before. But the thing is he always tells me "You are such a great friend. You are my best friend." He tends to always say this, I think it's like his way of saying "I really care about you, but just as a friend."
But he made a few remarks that kind of made me wonder...
He knows who my favorite band is & one day he said "Hey, I am like your favorite band. Do you like me now?" & I just laughed & said "sure." Then he told me he wants a girlfriend for his birthday & he said he wants one with nice eyes. He has brought up several time to me that he thought my eyes were "sexy" & really nice. Then he also knows who my big celebrity crush is & he told me that he felt "envious" of him now.
I don't know if these are signs that he may have feelings for me, but I'm just curious to know what you guys think. Thanks ^^;
