Im a just turned 18 yr old guy that is 150lb and 6"2 feet im really not musclar at all so bare with me can these sets work as a start?
4 sets of 3 pull ups
2 sets of 30 sit ups
5 sets of 5 bench presses (50lb)
3 sets of 6 push ups
and about 1 mile jog everyday
lol so im kinda weak...i havent really ever exercised for a period of time so this will be my 1st...i only have 50lb for bench and the sets i have now is pretty workout for me sadly lol and i dont have much stamina so i jog 1 mile...i just been able to do my 1st push up last year...i think i can do another set of the sit ups...i increased my pull ups by putting it in sets last week and i can do them easier since!
so...is this a good work out for me and if you can tell me other workouts...i believe i have a bird chest too so can you help me with that...thanks! lol
