could these 18x8 rims replace my 17x7 stock rims?

i have a 2008 chevy cobalt sport. right now the stock rims are 17x7 and the bolt pattern is 5x110. i found these rims that i want that are 18x8 and 5x110 will they fit on my car? thanks
