Could the plaintiff lawyer subpoena a real estate appraisal report in a personal injury case? I am thinking that a real estate appraiser probably noted a defected porch in their report which cause the plaintiff injuries. If a lawyer can do this, at what point during the lawsuit can he get this report? We know an appraisal was done because the property owner need a loan to acquire the duplex.apartment complex.
