Could the Packard bell tj65-au031 be good for gaming ?

I'm getting this laptop for Christmas , and my sister wants to get me some games for it especially tomb raider underworld.

So i was just wondering if the tomb raider work, and how would it cope with games generally
 
Its got an integrated video card according to the Packard bell website and that will put a large damper on what games it will play at a descent frame rate or even at all.
