...two exits? We are living in a basement apartment with one door at the top of a staircase that leads into a hallway before you reach the door to the outside. We are surrounded by stone walls and our three good-sized windows have permanent bars over them. I have asked the landlord about this and he shrugs me off with the answer that nothing has happened for the 30 years that this apartment has been there.
