At first I thought it was smudges (large ones) when i went to clean I now realise it's not, looks very faded almost white (my car is black)
any suggestions?
Something has damaged your paintwork. For it to go like white, could be brake fluid, antifreeze or paintstripper. My pall had three cars in his familt damaged with paint stripper. Check if your insurance covers you for this sort of damage.
