I write for the school news paper and i have to write an article on the health care reform, but i cannot find any unbiased information. I'm thinking that i will open up the article with an intro with things such as when it was introduced, and the basics, such as what the bill says. Then i will talk about both sides of the story, the democrat and republican points of views. And last i will talk about how it will affect the kids at school. could someone please give me the information for the first part about the basics of it, it would be nice if it was a link so that i can cite the info. thank you
