Have you had your B12 level checked? Any exposure to heavy metals? (lead paint, insecticides, fungicides, spray paint/air brush paint, occupational exposure, etc)
Both low B12 and heavy metal toxicity can cause "glove and stocking" paresthesia or pins and needles.
Which tests did you have done for MS? It's so difficult to diagnose.
