I just recently turned 16. Anyways, for the last few days I've had a really bad pain in the back of my mouth, on the right side. The gums around the molars I already have are swollen and it hurts horribly to touch them, which is making it hard to swallow. I had braces for 5 years so I definitely know what having my teeth move around feels like, and it felt like my molars were moving around too. I even got a bit of a head ache from the pain. However, I still don't see a new tooth coming out I'm also wondering how I could determine if it's an infection or not because my mouth is so small that the molar on the side where I am experiencing the pain is slightly impacted, even though I've never had an infection from it before.
