I have had a wireless router hooked up for about a month. People say they are calling and the phone just rings and rings and the answering machine doesn't come on. I am here most of those times and my phone doesn't ring. One person tried to call every couple of minutes and twice it just rang no answering machine which would pick up after 4 rings if I didn't hear it. The third time she got through. The router is the only change I've made connecting to the phone line.
Could my wireless router be blocking phone calls on my land line?
