Could my fish have a tumour?

I have a goldfish that has a little light orange lump near its tail, i checked images of fish diseases and i think it might be a tumour! could my fish have a tumour or could it be normal, and what could i do to help the fish because i have more than one fish and i dont want it to spread to all of them.

I am not really sure but it is definitely not contagious. But if you are very worried take it to your pet store for them to look at.

But I really don't know. Tumors aren't contagious though.
