I received a ticket yesterday, and the cop told me i was going 58mph. When i know i was doing 44mpg.
Well the approximate distance that he would have clocked me at would be about 1/4 a mile from a stop sign. Could my 2004 Kia Rio, even do 58 mph in 1/4 a mile?
I plan on going to court over this.
