Could my BlackBerry be fried?

oh noo..
Ive never had a black berry but if it does tht just go to the verizon store and ask them about it.. If its hurt they might give you a free one..
 
I dropped my phone about an hour ago and when i tried to turn it back on a white screen with a battery on it with a red slash going through it came up. i have plugged it into my computer and my charger and even taken the battery out and put it back in and nothing has changed. if anyone can help me find a solution PLEASE comment! thank you
 
I think you need a new battery since the symbol came up with the red line through it. Why this happened just because you dropped it doesn't make sense. Call the company where you purchased your phone.
