I sleep 8 hours a night but often times I find myself very tired during the day, and I'm starting to think it's because my mind thinks too much and it doesn't stop during sleep thus it's like I'm not resting at all, I am still 'active' in my dreams
I literally just started to meditate like 30 minutes ago and I thought about this idea. Maybe meditation is more beneficial since you are actually in control of your mind.
any thoughts on this?
