Could Limas Sweed be the best Fantasy Football rookie this year?

I know it is still early to talk about Fantasy Football, but after reviewing the NFL Draft, can it come to assumption that Limas Sweed is going to be best rookie for Fantasy Football this year? I mean, when you look at it, there were not that many impact players selected early this year and since Ben Roethlisberger wanted a big WR for the end-zone, you could expect TDs to come his way.

NOTE: I'm not saying he is my #1 WR on my draft board; I'm saying, when it comes to rookies, he is the one to look for.
