T Tarty New member May 4, 2010 #1 Hi! I was just wondering if petroleum jelly would be a good substitute for a lip gloss over my lipstick. I'm kind of strapped for cash, and petroleum jelly is cheaper than lip gloss. Would petroleum jelly wear off the lipstick or anything? Thanks!
