Could I use my physics theory as an admission letter to MIT?

I've been so concerned with my autodidatic studies that I abandoned normal school Work. Still, I feel that my theory is intrigueing enough to allow them an understanding of my academic ability. If I use the paper and a 30 on the ACT, would that be acceptable with a mediocre gpa.
