Could I still get into medical school if I have a few Cs and a fail on one course?

Right now I'm a sophomore starting my third year in college and as weird as it sounds, when I first started out in college my freshman year was great. I applied myself and I even had straight As and a 4.0 GPA my first semester, yet I've noticed that as the semesters have gone by I've slowly started doing worse each semester. I started receiving more Bs and then Cs started arising and I'm worried, because I've already gotten a D in my first Bio lab class, and now I think I will receive a F in my second Bio lab class. I don't know what to do or think. Could I even still get into med school in the future if I retake this course I might be failing and the one I earned a D on? I know I'm not stupid, because I know the reason why I did so poorly on these classes was because I did not turn in my HW on time or very often. When I study something I usually learn it well. I really think it's because I'm a very anxious and unorganized person that I overlook things and my low self esteem is the one keeping me unmotivated. Of course these low grades also don't help and the more I stress out the worse the semester gets (I'm working on this personal issue, so don't tell me get therapy or something I'm already doing). Anyway could I still get into med school in the future if I retake my lab courses and possibly carry those Cs? (I don't know if my college would allow me to retake a course that I earned a C on. I think it could be averaged if i can indeed take it a second time, but I'm not sure). The worst part is that most of these somewhat low grades were on my science and math classes. I earned a C on my second Chem class, a C on my first Calculus class (I think I might re-earn that same grade for the second one too), a D on my first Bio lab class, and possibly a fail on my second Bio lab class. On top of that I earned a few other Cs on other GE classes, do med schools take GEs into deep consideration? By the way all these courses are undergrad lower level classes. Do you have to be a straight A, 4.0 GPA student all the years you're in college in order to get into med school? Please help.
