could i start a business as a kid?

i would like to start making money i am 14 any suggestions i was thinking of raising crops you know farming lettuce tomatoes and such where would i sell these? or maybe buying and selling something any ideas on what i should sell i have 19 dollars to start i will have 50 at the end of the week.

any other ideas please help me
