could i sport a "bob"?

i've been thinking about getting a bob since summer is coming and long hair is kind of a pain. not a short bob, one that goes a little past the shoulders and in the back hits the end of my neck... like this

OMG you look so much like Carmen from George Lopez in your pic on the left. And thats a good thing.

As for the hair, i don't know. :)
 
Yes, I think you could pull off a bob very well - especially Nicole Richie's one. The fringe would suit you better than a bob without one.
