...the cost of replacement? I have the HTC Hero, and am not satisfied with it, because it only rings for about 3 seconds before I miss a call. I want to replace it, since it is broken, with the newer HTC Evo 4G, which is a newer model. I am hoping the newer phone won't give me the same problems as the older model. Will Sprint allow me to get the new phone if I pay the cost of replacement, aside from the fact that I have insurance which for some reason still doesn't protect me from their ridiculous replacement fees. PLEASE HELP!
