xy term? the test is tomorrow!? here's the problem:

Rotate the axes to eliminate the xy-term in the equation. then write the equation in standard form.
4xsqd+8xy+4ysqd+7sqrt(2x)+9sqrt(2y)=0.

I know how to find the angle of rotaion, and I got 45 degrees as the answer. But I'm stuck after that. Thanks so much to anyone willing to help!
