I am a 20 year old male who has been suffering with chronic pain in my elbow shoulder and neck that has not gone away with rest, physical therapy, or pills alone. It just so happened to occur within 6 months after receiving a gold crown on one of my molars by a dentist in South Korea. In an x ray I noticed that not only was gold covering my tooth but I beleive a metal was injected into the tooth down to the root as well. I am wondering what type of metal was put inside the tooth. Obviously no one will know for sure but any information will be much appreciated.
Could I have mercury poisoning from dental work?
