I want to be an English teacher. I'm currently a sophomore in high school. I am in only one club at school (which is probably what is hurting me the most) but I also volunteer at my church a lot (I teach CCD classes on school nights) and I'm getting my gold award for Girl Scouts. Ok so here are my grades:
Freshman year:
English I - A
Geometry - A-
World History - A+
Biology - A
French II - A+
Word Processing/Intro to Piano (half-year electives) - A

This year so far:
English II - A+
Algebra II - A
US History I - A
Chemistry - A+
French III - A+
WWW Workshop/Cooking I (again, both half year electives) - A

I have almost all honors classes and I'm doing AP next year. Also I'm giving up my study hall next year so I can take Media Lit as well as Creative Writing (both full year courses) and then I plan on taking Psychology (full year), Sci-Fi/Fantasy Lit (half year), Sociology (half year), and Humanities (full year) as electives senior year.

Hopefully the AP classes will help? I'm doing almost all AP next year except in math but I've never had lower than an A- in high school so hopefully that helps. I'm just worried about the clubs.

And of course I don't have SAT scores yet but in my PSATs I was in the 97th percentile. I can't remember my exact scores though. But that was my score for sophomore year, not junior year.

And my GPA is around a 4.2 I think? But I'm not sure how my school weights that so I dunno.

Thank you so so so much for your help!
