Could I get into these colleges? and which one is the best/worst?

University of Hartford
Fitchburg State College

I have a 3.1 GPA and i play football and baseball. I have 3 good recommendations from teachers but im not in any clubs or anything. i have never had a job either. my essay is pretty good i guess. Are chances good that i will get into these colleges? ..... im thinking about majoring in architecture/ environmental design

also, if you want, please list them from best to worst
