could i get an unlock sidekick for sprint?!?

i have sprint, but i want a sidekick,
can i have it unlocked? i know it's a GSM phone,
and sprint is CDMA, but if i didn't get interent on the
sidekick, is it possible to still get the phone if i have sprint?
