I got in a car accident about 2 years ago; my trial date is tomorrow which I must go to so that I could prove my innocence. What I am worried about is that the court is currently seeking to find my to serve me a subpoena to testify against my husband in a domestic case. I refuse to testify against him because he has never hit me! And I am the "victim". If I show up to fight my car accident case could they survive me the subpoena for my domestic trial there while I am dealing with this other case? Please help me I am totally lost & worried. Thanks
