FWD cars usually cant. I know for a fact that my 93 Celica cant.
I did read once that it would be possible with a very cheap upgrade (free). All you'd need to do is forget to turn in a couple of fast food trays next time you eat in at a fast food restaurant, find a nice open parking lot, roll your back wheels onto the trays, set the e-brake, and donut away.
