filling my garden with cat poo? We are trying to sell our house and clean the neighbours cat poo out of our garden constantly, problem is that viewers turn up and the cat has been and done some more while were out around 4 dollops a day, if we can not stop the cat from pooing then can the owner be accountable for the drop in value or lack of offers due to this problem if a viewer of the house tells us this deters them from buying??
could i claim from my neighbour for devaluation of my property due to their cat
