I just filed bankruptcy after loosing my job 2 years ago. I couldnt catch up on my bills after not having a job for a year and a half. Now I have a job. Im currently renting for $900 month. I just seen this condo for sale for $39000(foreclosure). This condo is unbelievable and as well as nice location and my mortgage will be much much less than rent. Do you think that it will be hard to get a bank, etc to finance me after just filing 3 months ago. Its funny now that I filed my credit score went up alot(which is strange).....NEED HELP!!!!!
Could I buy a condo right after bankruptcy?
