could i be pregnat after sex after miscarriage?

i lost our child on 0ct.28th.......by oct 30th we were right back at it because bleeding stopped n started n stopped....... its now december 5th and i have butterflys and fullness in my stomach.....we have sex about everyday bout 2-3xs a day.....)
ALSO HAVE PCOS
