could i be pregnant, took a test and it was negative but i have light pink discharge?

for the last couple of days i been having light pink discharge and light cramps(could this be Implantation bleeding?) i have irregular periods so i thought that's what it was but my cramps are usually really bad and my periods are heavy... i've been really tired and having lighthead spells.... i also been wanting to cry.. even if im really excited, ive been really thirsty and peeing every hour
i took a test and it came up negative...

should i wait another month before i take a test what should i do? Could i be pregnant
