Could I add pictures to my book inside?

I'm writing a book and I'm runing out of ideas to make my chapters bigger, anyway I would like to make animation pictures for my book by using Serif DrawPlus X3 Graphics Studio , would that be alright for a book, I know you use words which I am but I would like to add extras like Graphics pictures
